By accessing or using Anywage ("the site," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Anywage lists offers (surveys, app trials, sign-ups, and similar tasks) supplied by third-party offerwall networks. Completing an offer may earn you a reward, paid out based on what the offerwall network confirms was genuinely completed. We are an independent publisher — we do not create, control, or guarantee the offers themselves.

Any of the above may result in forfeiture of pending rewards, removal from the site, and — where relevant — the matter being reported to the offerwall network involved.
Offer availability, requirements, and reward amounts are set entirely by the offerwall network and the advertiser behind each individual offer, not by us. Whether a given offer "counts" as completed is determined by the offerwall network's own confirmation — we rely on that confirmation and cannot override it. We make no guarantee about how much any person will earn, how many offers will be available, or how long an offer will remain live.
Payouts are currently processed manually. To request one, you provide your tracking ID, email, and payout details (e.g. PayPal address) via the payout request link on the site. We cross-check claimed earnings against the offerwall network's own dashboard before releasing payment. Processing is not instant — please allow a reasonable window before following up. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or decline a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
We keep a record of completed offers and the rewards attributed to each tracking ID. Balances shown or calculated from that record are an estimate only, are not a bank account, wallet or stored value, and have no cash value until they are actually paid out. The offerwall network's own records are the final authority on what was completed and what it paid us.
If a mistake occurs (for example a spreadsheet or data-entry error, a duplicate or missing record, a technical fault, or an overpayment or underpayment), we may correct it at any time, including adjusting a balance, reversing a credit or recovering an overpayment from future rewards. Rewards that the offerwall network cancels, reverses or does not pay to us (including for fraud or chargebacks) will not be paid out or will be deducted. Where we make an error in your favour you agree to tell us and not to rely on it, and where we make an error against you, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
The site is run by an individual, and we aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that records will be error-free or always available.
This site and the offers listed on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular offer will be available or rewarding at any given time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anywage and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or any third-party offer, including lost earnings, lost time, or issues arising from an advertiser's or offerwall network's own conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Offers, surveys, and any linked third-party sites are operated by parties independent of Anywage. We aren't responsible for their content, data handling, or conduct — please review each provider's own terms and privacy policy before participating.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site for any user, at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms — including forfeiture of any pending, unpaid reward tied to that account.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
These terms may be updated as the site develops. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the current version. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
